So much to update you on!
Will write more in the coming days, but just wanted to leave you quick note to thank you all. If you've signed up to my Twitter account, you'll know that the past couple of weeks have been quite difficult.
Too long to go into. And I don't want to especially. But, suffice to say that it was made a lot easier reading you many kind and thoughtful messages. Thank you.
On a bright note... I've finally found time to update my website. I've changed it from top to bottom, so check it out for new content, photos, video, magazine articles, podcasts with links to iTunes, Facebook and Twitter.
This is the only website I'm linked to.
You'll see how this website is more than just about 'me'. I've put up a range of fresh information and material to hopefully inspire us all to live and good and better life!
